A cabaret presentation about the debonair British star Jack Buchanan,
featuring the songs he made famous. Devised and performed by Michael
Chance with George Hall at the piano.
Michael Chance was born on the day that Buchanan died. Michael
has been fascinated by this elegant man since this discovery and
was inspired to put together this show which takes us gently through
Jack Buchanan’s story; his life, his loves. Michael recreates many
of those well-loved songs which include And Her Mother Came
Too, They Didn’t Believe Me, Goodnight
Vienna and of course his theme song That’s Entertainment.
Songs by the Gershwins, Cole Porter, Arthur Schwartz, Jerome Kern
and others.

into it something brighter and fresher than you've ever heard before......he's
both a wonderful singer and a touching actor, as elegant as he is
knee-slapping funny, and whether you're watching him in his one-man
show or Love From Ivor Michael Chance will tickle
your fancy and fill your heart with song......'
